Our Founder
- Chef Truong
At the heart of Chef Papa Vietnamese Kitchen is Chef Truong, affectionately known as Chef Papa.

Born and raised in Vietnam, Chef Truong developed his passion for cooking in his family’s kitchen, where recipes were passed down through generations. After moving to New York, he refined his skills in professional kitchens, blending traditional Vietnamese techniques with the precision and discipline of the city’s dynamic culinary scene.

Today, his cooking reflects both heritage and mastery — honoring authentic flavors while presenting them with balance, depth, and consistency.


Our Philosophy
